Search Process
1. Define the Clients' Objectives
• We undertake an in-depth study of the Client's Business Culture, the nature of the Industry they are operating, their Business Verticals and their pockets of strength. This helps us when we explain to the candidates about the nature of the job and the company. 
• We then get the Client's consensus on scope and responsibilities of the vacant position, the compensation package and the work profile.
• Then we layout our detailed Search Strategy.

2. Short Listing and Selection of Candidates

• Search for candidates suitable for the profile through Database Search, advertising on Career Portals and network of alliances.
• Shortlist and Evaluate the Candidates. 
• Develop one-to-one contact with the candidates through telephonic interviews or personal meetings. If possible conduct evaluation tests at our end. 
• Select the candidates and the profile is sent to the Client for review. 
• Get continuous feedback from the Clients.

3. Interview

• Facilitate a meeting between the candidate and the client.
• Get continuous feedback both from the client and candidate.

4. The Final Placement

• After getting the feedback from the client, the prime candidates who are selected by the Client are evaluated further and reference checks are conducted.
• The Salary is negotiated between the Client and Candidate. 
• Final Offer is made.
• Client Feedback. 
• Candidate feedback after 1Month of joining.
